E-1 rES: what can I do when E-1 rES shows with desk leg don't move

Manual Reset

keep press down arrow, E-1 res shows alternately and hold keep press down arrow while desk down to 60cm or 23.7inch, manual reset down, Fromann standing desk frame return to work

Manual Reset not working

A: error code E-1 rES never changed, power off, reconnect cables of control box and hand controller, power on then retry manual rest, desk leg return to work, if not, control box possible damage.

B: error code change to E-3 and one of legs up while manual reset, the move leg possible damage.
